PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor which achieves high efficiency of an electric motor part, improvement of volumetric efficiency and low oil circulation.SOLUTION: A compressor includes oil separation mechanism parts 40X and 40Y for separating oil from a refrigerant gas discharged from a compression mechanism part 10. The oil separation mechanism part 40X has: cylindrical space 41 for allowing the refrigerant gas to swivel; an inflow part 42 for allowing the refrigerant gas discharged from the compression mechanism part 10 to flow into the cylindrical space 41; a sending-out port 43 for sending out the refrigerant gas in which the oil is separated from the cylindrical space 41 to space 31 in one container; and an exhaust port 44 for exhausting the separated oil and a part of the refrigerant gas from the cylindrical space 41 to space 32 in the other container. Also, the oil separation mechanism part 40Y has an on-off valve 42a for opening/closing the inflow part 42. |
