PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement distribution device and advertisement distribution method, which enable improvement in possibility of propagating advertisement to an outside-of-management terminal subordinate to an outside-of-management network that is not possible to manage directly.SOLUTION: An advertisement distribution device 1 includes: an internal network constitution part 11 for obtaining under-management information related to plural internal nodes 30 subordinated to a network that is under management of the advertisement distribution device 1; an extension network constitution part 12 for obtaining outside-of-management information related to plural external nodes subordinate to a network that is outside management of the advertisement distribution device 1, the nodes respectively linked to the plural internal nodes on the basis of under-management information; an enforcement target characteristics extraction part 13, an enforcement target determination part 14 and an advertisement distribution target determination part 15 for selecting a distribution target node that constitutes a target of advertisement distribution from among the plural external nodes on the basis of the outside-of-management information; and a determination content notification part 16 for distributing advertisement to an internal node linked to the distribution target node. |
