<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a conductive film which enables easy production of a conductive film excellent in conduction characteristics by using a metallic coper particle.SOLUTION: A method of producing a conductive film includes a step of forming a precursor film containing a metallic copper particle, a thermoplastic resin and an alcohol of a boiling point of 100-230°C on a substrate and a step of reducing the pressure and carrying out a thermal sintering treatment of the precursor film, while keeping a reduced-pressure condition leading to an alcohol atmosphere of an alcohol concentration of 5 vol.% or higher, to form a conductive film containing metallic copper.</p> |
