<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing pressing member and a fixing device, in which wear resistance and slidability between a pressing member and the inner peripheral surface of a fixing belt can be maintained in an excellent state for a long time and the increase of driving torque can be prevented, even when the fixing device is driven at a high temperature for a long time.SOLUTION: A fixing pressing member 1 used for the fixing part of the fixing device includes a sliding sheet 10 sliding on the inner peripheral surface of the fixing belt of the fixing part, to form a sliding surface 14 and an elastic member 11 fixed to the inner surface of the sliding sheet 10. Oil is impregnated and held in the elastic member 11 and a plurality of through-holes 13 are provided in the sliding sheet 10.</p> |
