<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method of a liquid jet apparatus capable of performing efficient flashing by drawing bubbles together with draw of a liquid in a flashing operation and by vibrating the liquid having bubbles inherent therein.SOLUTION: In a control method of a liquid jetting head having a nozzle 21 for jetting out an ink 36 therefrom, a pressure generating chamber communicating with the nozzle and filled with the ink, a piezoelectric element for generating a pressure change in the ink, and a control part for controlling the piezoelectric element, the nozzle has at least a first opening 21A, and a second opening 21B which is provided on the furthermore pressure generating chamber side than the first opening, and which is larger than the opening diameter of the first opening, and the control part expands the pressure generating chamber so that meniscus M of the ink is positioned on the furthermore pressure generating chamber side than the boundary between the first opening and the second opening, takes bubbles 37 to the inside of the ink, and discharges a liquid together with the bubbles by contracting the pressure generating chamber.</p> |
