An insulating sheet has a heat storage sheet, a first insulation sheet, and a thermally conductive sheet. The heat storage sheet includes a first resin, and a plurality of microcapsules which are mixed within the first resin in an agglomerated state and in which a latent heat storage agent is encased. The first insulation sheet has a first surface which is affixed to the heat storage sheet, and a second surface on the opposite side of the first surface. The thermally conductive sheet is affixed to the second surface of the first insulation sheet. Microcapsules are contained within the heat storage sheet at 40% to 90% by weight, and the heat storage sheet has a layer in which microcapsules do not exist which is in a portion that is in contact with the first insulation sheet. |
