PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a pneumatic tire production generally includes a process in which an unvulcanization tire is charged in a vulcanization mold, a rubber bag shape vulcanization bladder is charged in a lumen of the unvulcanization tire, steam is press-fitted in the vulcanization bladder to dilate the same, an exterior surface of the unvulcanization tire is pressed to an inner face of a vulcanization mold, and vulcanization is performed, and an attempt in which a modulus and breaking physical properties of the vulcanization bladder are raised so that a bladder life may be maintained for a long period, is largely performed in this business world, however, no satisfactory consequence could be obtained.SOLUTION: A rubber composition for a vulcanization bladder is obtained by blending: an acetic acid lignin of 0.05-15 pts.mass; a carbon black of 20-70 pts.mass having a given specific surface area; and a phenolic resin of 1-15 pts.mass based on a rubber constituent of 100 pts.mass, and a vulcanization bladder for a tire is molded by using the rubber composition. |
