PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions and methods for treating metabolic syndrome and related conditions.SOLUTION: The invention relates to administration of a composition containing an anti-estrogen agent, preferably, trans-clomiphene for therapeutic treatment of metabolic syndrome of a subject. The invention also relates to a method for reducing the fasting blood sugar level of a subject by administering a composition containing an anti-estrogen agent, preferably, trans-clomiphene. |
