<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device capable of easily preventing erroneous detection of a scroll operation.SOLUTION: An information display device (1) comprises: a threshold line setting unit (23) that sets a threshold line perpendicularly to a movement direction in scroll display; and an operation invalidation unit (25) that when a scroll operation across the threshold line with an operation body is performed, sets a direction across the threshold line as a forward direction, and invalidates a scroll operation in an opposite direction for a certain period of time.</p> |
