Provided is an image analysis device that analyzes the skin condition of the face of a subject from video that is captured using an imaging means, and that is characterized by comprising: a tracking means that tracks the variation amount of a plurality of tracking points that are arranged in advance in an analysis area of the face on the basis of variations in the expression of the face that are included in the video and obtains the compression ratio of the skin in the analysis area from the variation amount; and a skin condition analysis means that analyzes the condition of the skin of the subject on the basis of the compression ratio that is obtained from the tracking means.
