Provided are: a surgical device having high durability by means of a compact configuration; a trocar; an endoscope; and a treatment tool. The trocar (100) is provided with a slider (140) within a trocar main body (102). The endoscope (10) and treatment tool (60) are integrated when inserted into the trocar (100) by means of being held by a treatment tool holding section (146) and an endoscope holding section (148) provided by the slider (140). As a result, when the treatment tool (60) is moved in the axial direction, the endoscope (10) moves in the axial direction in lockstep. The trocar (100) has an inner diameter (ID0) of an endoscope feed-out opening (116) that is set smaller than the inner diameter (ID4) of an elastic member (156) provided for holding the endoscope (10) at the endoscope holding section (148). As a result, it is possible to secure the strength of the endoscope (10) while preventing interference with the treatment tool (60). |
