A nano-capsule contains a protein which comprises an amino acid sequence comprising: the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1; and a first amino acid sequence and/or a second amino acid sequence which is added to the aforementioned amino acid sequence, wherein the first amino acid sequence can modify a hydrophobic helical domain that begins with an N-terminal and the second amino acid sequence corresponds to a domain capable of being ubiquitinated.
