<p>[Problem] To provide: a method for producing a novel acetophenone compound, which enables the production of an acetophenone compound, which is a compound that can be used as an intermediate raw material for the production of various biologically active organic compounds or drug candidate compounds, within a short period of time and with high efficiency; an isotope-labeled chalcone compound and an isotope-labeled flavonoid compound, in each of which a backbone carbon atom is labeled with an isotope and which can be produced employing the method; and a probe for use in PET. [Solution] Methyl iodide and an acyl silicon compound (1) are subjected to a cross-coupling reaction in a mixed solvent of an aprotic polar solvent and water in which a palladium complex and a phosphine ligand are dissolved under such conditions that no fluorine ion or no phosphate ion is substantially present (in the formula, R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 independently represent a substituent that does not interfere with the cross-coupling reaction; and R that is bound to Si represents an alkyl group, an aryl group or an aralkyl group).</p> |
