The present invention relates to a solid fuel which comprises algae mass with oil and a fuel additive and may substitute fossil fuels because the solid fuel has excellent calorific value. The solid fuel according to the present invention uses the algae mass with oil which photosynthesizes, can multiply unlimitedly, and can be mass-produced in various environments in a short period of time and the fuel additive to recycle agriculture waste, thereby being environmentally friendly and having excellent calorific value.
