The present invention relates to a gain control method by a device for controlling a control rule gain of an operational flight program (OFP) of a flight control computer (FCC) and a device thereof capable of modifying a gain by performing serial communication with the FCC without rebuilding the OFP when the control rule gain is controlled in a flight test. The gain control method of the device for controlling the control rule gain of the OFP of the FCC according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a step for biasing a gain bias value stored in a second memory to the gain of the OFP stored in a first memory when the FCC is booted and a step for changing the gain when the OFP is executed by controlling the gain bias value stored in the second memory when the gain is controlled.
