PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure and a method for laser welding between a cover and a housing, which ensure high reliability by suppressing the change in characteristics due to projection of burrs to an auxiliary passage part of a flow sensor.SOLUTION: In a flow sensor including a housing, a cover, a circuit chamber which is sealed up by the housing and the cover and incorporates electronic components and a wiring part, and au auxiliary passage part in which a fluid as an object of the sensor passes, projections are provided at both ends of a junction part of the cover, where the housing and the cover is laser-welded, and heights of the projections on the auxiliary passage side are larger than those on the side opposite to the auxiliary passage side. |
