PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasound diagnosis system that obviates the necessity of designating positional association information for each of all combinations of three or more volume data items.SOLUTION: An ultrasound diagnosis system includes: an association information designation unit that designates a coordinate transformation formula f1, which represents coordinate transformation between any one volume data included in a group GrA to which volume data items VDand VDwhich have a positional association relationship specified therein belong and volume data VDbelonging to a group GrB and being acquired for an object, as a coordinate transformation formula f1 representing coordinate transformation between the group GrA and group GrB; and a display image control unit that specifies the same section of the object in either of the volume data items VDand VDand the volume data VDon the basis of the coordinate transformation formula f1 and the positional association relationship within the group GrA, and displays images of the section based on the volume data items. |
