PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production planning method configured to improve manufacturing efficiency.SOLUTION: A production planning method includes: acquiring a temporary production plan of a production facility including a plurality of lines for processing a plurality of lots; setting target manpower which is the minimum required number of workers per unit time zone in the production facility including the lines; and changing a plan for processing the lots in at least one of the lines, so as to reduce the maximum manpower value per unit time zone in the production facility when the maximum manpower value per unit time zone in the production facility is larger than the target manpower. |
