摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably operate a steam turbine by restraining mechanical contact from being made in a steam valve when opening/closing operation of the steam valve is performed by a variation in an opening instruction signal.SOLUTION: A steam valve control device according to an embodiment controls a steam valve for adjusting a flow rate of steam flowing into an inlet of a steam turbine. The steam valve control device controls the steam valve so that a limited opening smaller than a maximum opening is an upper limit when speed governing operation is performed.
