PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus, an information processing system, an information processing method and a program that can enhance the accuracy of foreseeing the quantity of net cash outflow.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus comprises a number of outgoing bank notes predicting unit that predicts the number of outgoing bank notes in a predetermined prediction period on the basis of the actual number of outgoing bank notes from an automatic telling machine in a first real record period; a number of incoming bank notes predicting unit that predicts the number of incoming bank notes in the prediction period on the basis of the actual number of incoming bank notes into the automatic telling machine in a second real record period; and a number of net outflowing bank notes predicting unit that predicts the number of net outflowing bank notes from the automatic telling machine in the prediction period by calculating a difference between the predicted number of outgoing bank notes and the predicted number of incoming bank notes.
