PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating system and a heating control method each performing heating control of housing equipment.SOLUTION: The heating system performs heating control of housing equipment, and includes: a supercooling-type heat-storage material set in the housing equipment; vibration generating means transmitting vibration to the supercooling-type heat-storage material; heat supply means supplying hot water to the supercooling-type heat-storage material; and heat quantity control means adjusting the amount of the hot water flowing inside the heat supply means. As a result of the structure, the system controls the vibration generating means and the heat quantity control means on the basis of information from a sensor set inside the housing equipment and information from a sensor set to the heat supply means.
