<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device and a communication method, with which document data whose content is the same as document data received in the past on a reception side can be re-transmitted to the reception side.SOLUTION: In a communication device 10, a control section 11 transmits document data of a transmission object with additional information generated when the document data is transmitted via a communication network 100, allows a document storage section 121 to store the document data, allows an additional information storage section 122 to store the additional information, allows a correspondence information storage section 123 to store correspondence information showing correspondence of the document data and the additional information and can re-transmit the document data and the additional information, which are transmitted in the past, in response to the correspondence information.</p> |
