<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute antitheft processing of a game recording medium without impairing operation convenience for a clerk or a player.SOLUTION: A CR unit 10 acquires a monitoring item to be a target to be monitored with respect to the presence/absence of a value level at the time of return of a prepaid card in value items associated with the prepaid card, acquires a reference secret code number that is a comparison target with an input secret code number made to be inputted at the time of the return of the prepaid card, determines whether or not the value level of the monitoring item exists when having received a return request of the prepaid card, acquires the input secret code number when having determined that the value level exists, and confirms whether or not a person performing the return request of the prepaid card is a player oneself holding the value level of the monitoring item on the basis of the acquired input secret code number and reference secret code number.</p> |
