<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric testing apparatus capable of avoiding an inductive reactance of a cable from interfering in a result of an interlayer pressure test.SOLUTION: The electric testing apparatus includes a power supply module, a case, a power transmission line, and a resonance circuit module. The power supply module is provided for selectively outputting a test voltage. The case surroundingly covers the power supply module. The power transmission line includes a first terminal to be coupled with the power supply module, and a second terminal, transmits the test voltage, and at least a part thereof is exposed outside the case. The resonance circuit module is exposed outside the case, is coupled with the second terminal of the power transmission line, and includes at least one capacitance that selectively coupled with a testing object device. This configuration can accurately test the testing object device with low inductance value by the electric testing apparatus.</p> |
