PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio base station device, a mobile terminal device, and a radio communication system that can achieve other cell interference measures even in the case where an inter-cell coordination technique such as CoMP is taken into consideration.SOLUTION: A radio base station device of the invention is a radio base station device in a radio communication system to which CoMP is applied. The radio base station device is characterized in that a CSI-RS and muting are set to multiple cells, but the CSI-RS is not multiplexed in a sub-frame in which paging or notification information is multiplexed.
