<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a turning operation of an operation lever to a braking side by comparatively small force, and release a parking brake, even when a braking operation is performed by large operation force and the parking brake is kept in an operation state.SOLUTION: An extension lever 50 is turnably arranged on the operation lever 16 around the shaft center of a fitting pin 52 and is turned to an extension position, and thus, since a holding-enabled part is extended by being superposed on a holding part 28 in parallel with each other, operation force which is required when performing a turning operation of the operation lever 16 to the braking side in order to release the parking brake, is reduced. Accordingly, even when the braking operation is performed with large operation force and the parking brake is kept in the operation state, by performing turning operation of the extension lever 50 to the extension position, the operation lever 16 can be turned to the braking side and the parking brake can be released with comparatively small force, and thus, the parking brake is easily released even by a powerless aged person and woman.</p> |
