Provided is a method for producing foamed particles, in which foamable particles that contain a foaming agent and a composite resin, as a base resin, of a polyolefin-based resin and a polystyrene-based resin are divided into at least two or more portions and subjected separately to a foaming step. The foamable particles are held in a pressurized container maintained at a pressure of 0.1-0.4 MPa and a temperature of -20°C to 30°C and then immediately subjected to the foaming step.
