<p>An ashless-coal production device (1) is provided with: an extraction tank (6) in which a solvent-soluble component is extracted from a slurry obtained by mixing coal with a solvent; a first gravitational settling tank (8) in which the slurry obtained from the extraction tank (6) is separated into a solution portion including the solvent-soluble component, and a solid-matter-containing liquid concentrate including a solvent-insoluble component; a solvent separator (12) in which the solvent is evaporated and separated from the solution portion separated by the first gravitational settling tank (8), to obtain ashless coal; a second gravitational settling tank (11) in which a slurry obtained by mixing a solvent with the solid-matter-containing liquid concentrate separated by the first gravitational settling tank (8) is separated into a solution portion including a solvent-soluble component, and a solid-matter-containing liquid concentrate including a solvent-insoluble component; and a solution-portion transfer pipe (17) which has one end thereof connected to the second gravitational settling tank (11), and which supplies, to the extraction tank (6), the solution portion separated by the second gravitational settling tank (11).</p> |
