The heat exchange pipeline (40) comprises a first air exhaust pipeline (401) used for exhausting the hot and humid air in the barrel body (10), and a second air intake pipeline (402) used for complementing external cold air into the barrel body (10), wherein the first air exhaust pipeline (401) exchanges heat with the second air intake pipeline (402) through a pipeline wall (4011) therebetween.</p>
