Compositions Incorporating Sesamin-Class Compounds and Vitamin B1 Class Compounds

Disclosed is a sesamin-containing composition which comprises at least one sesamin component and at least one vitamin B1 component. In the composition, the anti-fatigue activity of the sesamin component is enhanced. Also disclosed is an anti-fatigue agent comprising at least one sesamin component and at least one vitamin B1 component as active ingredients.
