PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system, information processing device, and program capable of suppressing power consumption in a radio communication apparatus.SOLUTION: An information processing system 1 includes: a radio communication I/F 29 for receiving data from a mobile communication terminal 4 and performing switching between an active state and an inactive state; an access point 3 for receiving identification information from the mobile communication terminal 4, where a communicable range CA when the radio communication I/F 29 is in an active state is overlapped with the communicable range of the access point 3; and an information processing device 2 for generating a switch command to switch the radio communication I/F 29 from the inactive state to the active state when the access point 3 receives identification information. |
