PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the possibility that the size of response data exceeds a limit size.SOLUTION: When a request for first element data and second element data is received, delay data indicating that the second element data is to be notified with delay and the first element data are returned as response data corresponding to the received request, and thereafter the second element data is notified.
