摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic test technique that achieves detection of a position of a defect of an object to be tested in a wide range, using a low-frequency and a non-linear ultrasonic wave, and that achieves acquisition of information such as length and depth of the defect.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic test device 10 related to the present invention is composed of: a signal generation mechanism 11 that generates a voltage waveform; an ultrasonic transmitting mechanism 14 that causes an object to be tested to excite an ultrasonic vibration having a frequency lower than a predetermined frequency; an ultrasonic receiving mechanism 15 that receives an ultrasonic response from the object to be tested; an AD converting mechanism 19 that digitizes a received ultrasonic signal; an analyzing mechanism 20 that performs a frequency analysis of the digitized digital ultrasonic waveform; an evaluating mechanism 21 that extracts an amount of a change in a non-linear ultrasonic component from a frequency component of a digital ultrasonic wave obtained by the frequency analysis, compares the amount of the change with defect data information in a defect information database to identify a physical quantity of defect information of the object to be tested, and evaluates the defect of the object to be tested; and a control mechanism 17 that partly or entirely controls a measurement system.
