PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge formed by a press work in which pinching and bending are performed to a plate, and capable of holding a hinge pin without rattletrap.SOLUTION: When a hinge pin insertion hole of a first metal fitting 3 formed by a press work in which pinching and bending are performed to a plate is formed, an escape part 8 which releases compressive stress generated in an inner surface 7 of the hinge pin insertion hole is formed in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the hinge pin of the inner surface 7 of the hinge pin insertion hole. It is preferable that the escape pin 8 is formed over the whole circumference of the inner surface of the insertion hole formed in a cylindrical form after the press work. The escape part 8 is preferably configured by a concave part formed by concavely recessing the inner surface 7 of the hinge pin insertion hole, and moreover the concave part is preferably a recess having a substantially V-shaped cross-section, where a thick section is formed in a central direction by the compressive stress and thus the concave part is inclined from both ends toward a central part. |
