PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustor capable of sufficiently reducing combustion vibration by restraining variation of a flow rate of fuel supplied to a combustion region, and a gas turbine.SOLUTION: A combustor 4 comprises plural fuel nozzles 20 that extend in an axial line direction of a combustor body and can inject fuel from an injection hole 24 arranged on a combustion chamber side. The combustor comprises a phase adjusting part 33 for partially varying a flow passage cross section area of at least one fuel nozzle 20 in the axial line direction so that phase of variation of a flow rate of the fuel is not identical between at least two fuel nozzles 20 among plural fuel nozzles 20.
