PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent chiefly no-water heating.SOLUTION: There is provided a liquid heating device for a vehicle in which a liquid heating medium 8 accumulated in a liquid tank 21 is heated by an electric heater 22 disposed in the liquid tank 21. A tank seal portion 42 is so provided as to seal an open hole 41 formed in the liquid tank 21. A liquid detection device 43, which can detect a liquid, is provided outside the open hole 41. A heater stop mechanism 44 is provided which stops heating of the liquid heating medium 8 by the electric hater 22 when the liquid is detected by the liquid detection device 43. |
