<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine room ventilation system which makes air flow in the engine room smooth to simplify a duct, and is capable of efficiently switching a ventilation method between a period when a ship navigates and a period when the ship is being anchored.SOLUTION: An engine room ventilation system comprises: a bow side duct 10 which is provided in a vertical direction along a bow side of an engine room 1 and has a first opening 11 directed to a bow side and positioned above an upper deck 5, and second openings 12 which are directed to the engine room 1 side and positioned below the first opening 11; a stern side duct 20 which is provided in a vertical direction along a stern side of the engine room 1 and has a third opening 21 directed to a stern side and positioned above the upper deck 5, and fourth openings 22 which are directed to the engine room 1 side and positioned below the third opening 21; and normally/inversely rotatable ventilation fans 23 which are attached to the fourth openings 22.</p> |
