<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease replacement device for an elevator winch which can efficiently replace waste grease with replacement grease without requiring a lot of the replacement grease, and further, enables a shaft to be smoothly rotated.SOLUTION: The grease replacement device for an elevator winch includes: a first bearing cover 5 which is provided on a sheave 2 side of a bearing 3 and has an oil supply port 14 and a grease storage part 15 communicating with the oil supply port 14; a second bearing cover 6 which is provided on a side opposite to the sheave 2 side, of the bearing 3 and has an oil supply port 22 at a lower portion thereof; a pushing-out plate 16 which continuously pushes out replacement grease flowing in through the oil supply port 14 and stored in the grease storage part 15, towards a ring-shaped gap between an inner ring 7 and an outer ring 8 of the bearing 3; and check valves 10 enabling the replacement grease to flow in the gap with movement of the pushing-out plate 16.</p> |
