A device for molding a fiber-reinforced plastic member 1 of the present invention includes a mold 40, and pressure plates 10 and 20 which press a fiber base material F and a resin R against the mold 40. An adjusting mechanism is configured to be able to adjust the dimensions of gaps G1 and G2 between the mold 40 and the pressure plates 10 and 20, and a fiber-reinforced plastic member 50 is obtained by heating, and then curing or solidifying the resin R impregnated in the fiber base material F. |
