The manufacturing method of the acetylene compound of the present invention is a method that isomerizes an allene compound in a mixture containing an allene compound and carbon dioxide in the presence of a catalyst that supports an alkali metal compound on an alumina carrier, and the amount of catalyst used is such that the amount of alkali metal element included in the catalyst is 10 molar times the number of moles of carbon dioxide that are supplied per hour. |
