A new multiparameter device for measuring by optical means the filling level of tanks and reservoirs for liquids and liquefied products, refraction index and image analysis, without moving parts, is specifically aimed without limitations of use at measuring a liquid level inside a reservoir, besides being able to distinguish and detect the type of liquid contained in the reservoir, by measuring the index of refraction and analysing images of these liquids in a simple, convenient and efficient manner by means of a specific configuration of optical and electronic means, without using moving parts. This allows the device to be used in numerous applications, including fuel quality control, fuel identification, measurement of index of refraction, flow measurement, colour measurement, temperature measurement and pressure measurement, inter alia, and more specifically in the automobile industry and associated industries. |
