The present invention relates to the use of additives of polyamine type having acid function(s) in order to emulsify bituminous compositions intended for the preparation of cold bituminous mixes. The present invention also relates to bitumen compositions in the form of emulsions comprising said additives, and also the cold bituminous mixes prepared from said bitumen emulsions.
