The present invention relates to a coated steel pipe having improved heat resistance and adhesion properties, capable of forming a corrosion resistance cladding by sequentially heat-welding powdered epoxy, modified polyethylene adhesive, and polyethylene on the outer surface of a steel pipe and forming a corrosion resistance film by coating an inner surface of the steel pipe with liquid-phase polyurethane resin pigments, thereby preventing bubbles from being created in a polyurethane film adjacent to a welded part or preventing the adhesion property of the polyurethane film from being degraded by welding heat when a product is welded in a field, and an apparatus for manufacturing the same. In other words, in the coated steel pipe having improved heat resistance and adhesion properties and the apparatus for manufacturing the same according to the present invention, protective caps are mounted on both ends of the steel pipe, and powdered epoxy, modified polyethylene adhesive, and polyethylene are sequentially heat-welded on the outer surface of the steel pipe to form the cladding of the steel pipe. In addition, the liquid-phase pigments are mixed with each other in a pigment mixer and sprayed through a nozzle tip mounted in a nozzle, so that the polyurethane resin pigments are coated on the inner surface of the steel pipe. |
