The present invention relates to an inspection device for a display panel to enable precise inspection for defects of a high pixel display panel using the reflectivity difference of visible light and more specifically, to an inspection device for a display panel including a lighting part to emit visible light to the surface of a display panel; an image obtaining part for photographing the visible light which is emitted by the lighting part and reflected on the display panel; and a control part which detects defective areas on the display panel by measuring the temperature profile of the display panel using an image photographed by the image obtaining part based on the fact that the reflectance of visible light changes when the temperature of the display panel changes. |
