The present invention relates to a portable provision device having an integration system of an internal combustion power generator and a fresh water generator connected by a belt which is capable of providing power and water to a region lacking the power and water, and includes: a container partitioned into a first housing and a second housing by a partition wall; a power generator unit installed on the first housing; an electromotive unit installed on the second housing for delivering the power from the power generator unit; and a desalination unit installed on the second housing and operated by the power delivered from the electromotive unit for converting salt water into fresh water. The electromotive unit is constituted with a V-shaped belt connected to respective axes of the power generator unit and the desalination unit. |
