PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a force of movement in an axial direction of a cleaning member.SOLUTION: A cleaning member 450 includes: a rotating shaft 452; a contact part 454 that is provided inclined with respect to a shaft direction of the shaft 452 by an angle α on an obtuse angle side and protruding from the shaft 452, and is brought into contact with a cleaning target member 440 on an outer peripheral surface 456; and notches 458 that are inclined with respect to the shaft direction of the shaft 452 by an angle &bgr; smaller than the angle α, and are formed in a direction of the shaft 452 on the outer peripheral surface 456. |
