PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the entry of powder into a flow path for water vapor.SOLUTION: A unit filter 40A formed of a metallic fiber sintered body has a bottom part 44A placed between a flow path 23 for water vapor W and a heat storage material 30, and a peripheral wall part 45A integrated with the bottom part 44A at a peripheral edge thereof to encircle the heat storage material 30. Here, when the heat storage material 30 is expanded or so and part thereof is changed into powder P, the bottom part 44A of the unit filter 40A restricts the entry of the powder P. Besides, at the peripheral edge of the bottom part 44A, the peripheral wall part 45A suppresses the turn-around of the powder P into the flow path 23. This suppresses the entry of the powder P into the flow path 23. |
