PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a malfunction at power-up in an electrostatic protective circuit on transistor operation side.SOLUTION: The electrostatic protective circuit includes: an internal circuit; a first and a second input terminals that supply a power supply voltage to the internal circuit 10; a first transistor in which a first and a second electrodes are connected between the input terminals and a third electrode is connected with the second electrode through a resistor; a low-pass filter connected in parallel to the first transistor; a second transistor having a first electrode and a second electrode connected between a third electrode input with an output signal of the low-pass filter, and the third electrode and the second electrode of the first transistor.
