<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power management system for a multiple dwelling house capable of economically efficiently consuming power generated by a shared solar panel in the multiple dwelling house.SOLUTION: A power management system 1 for a multiple dwelling house 2 comprising a shared solar panel 3, a plurality of shared storage batteries 4, an external operation machine 5 including an operation storage battery 51, and a charge/discharge apparatus 6 manages power used in the multiple dwelling house 2. The charge/discharge apparatus 6 can be switched to: a discharge mode in which any shared storage battery 4 is discharged to charge the operation storage battery 51; a charge/discharge mode in which any shared storage battery 4 is charged from the shared solar panel 3 or a commercial power supply 7 and another shared storage battery 4 is discharged to charge the operation storage battery 51; a direct charge mode in which the operation storage battery 51 is directly charged from the shared solar panel 3 or commercial power supply 7; or a charge mode in which any shared storage battery 4 is charged from the shared solar panel 3 or commercial power supply 7 charges.</p> |
