PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling method and a filling device capable of filling particles with a high filling rate.SOLUTION: A method for filling particles supplies particles to a container having a storing space for storing the particles, and then vibrates the container while reducing pressure of the storing space of the container.
